All-on-4 in Turkey: Costs, What’s Included & The Catch
Turkey is one of the most aggressively marketed dental-tourism destinations, with glossy all-inclusive zirconia packages. But the headline prices deserve scrutiny — here’s what’s actually verifiable, what the packages include, and the catch to watch for.
What you can actually rely on
While a firm price is elusive, the package contents and timeline are well-documented across Turkish clinics. Standard zirconia All-on-4 packages typically include:
- 3D CT scans and consultations
- The titanium implants
- The final zirconia bridge (the upgrade tier over base acrylic)
- 4–5★ hotel stays and airport/VIP transfers
What’s often unclear: whether the quote covers the final versus only a temporary prosthesis, abutments, and the cost of the second visit. Get each of these confirmed in writing.
The two-trip timeline
Turkey uses a delayed-load protocol for the final teeth: a first trip of about 7–10 days (extractions, imaging, implant surgery, temporary teeth), then 4–6 months of healing at home, then a second trip of about 5–7 days for impressions and the final zirconia fitting. Same-day “teeth in a day” claims refer to the temporary set; the permanent zirconia always requires the return trip.
How to avoid the traps
- Distrust extreme discounts. A price far below the rest of the market usually means a cheaper implant brand, a temporary-only quote, or undisclosed add-ons.
- Ask which implant system is used — premium brands are easier to service worldwide.
- Confirm “final” vs “temporary” in the written quote, plus what the second-trip costs.
- Check the warranty mechanics: many require returning to Turkey at your own expense to claim.
